The Role

We are seeking detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Buyers to join their dynamic procurement team.

Responsibilities include sourcing across direct categories, managing relationships with logistics, factories, R&D, and quality teams, leading internal projects, and collaborating with category managers to develop strategies.

The ideal candidate will have strong influencing skills, a strategic mindset, and a focus on compliance and sustainability.

This role involves facilitating procurement projects and coordinating across departments, emphasizing internal efficiency over external commercial strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Internal Project Management: Support procurement initiatives, coordinate timelines, and track milestones.
• Supplier Onboarding & Relationship Management: Manage supplier setup, documentation, and compliance.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Liaise with quality assurance, operations, compliance, and logistics teams.
• Systems & Tools Oversight: Use SAP and other platforms to manage procurement activities and update data.
• Reporting & Presentation Support: Prepare procurement reports and dashboards; strong PowerPoint skills are beneficial.
• Compliance & Regulatory Coordination: Ensure adherence to policies and regulations, working with legal teams.

Candidate Profile

Experience: 2–3 years in procurement within a structured, multinational, or industrial environment.

Skills: Excellent communication, organizational skills, and familiarity with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP.

Language: Spanish speaking is essential.

Attributes: Willingness to learn, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy.
