Job summary

NTT DATA, Inc. in Barcelona is seeking a Procurement Administrative Specialist to join a long-term international energy project. You will manage procurement and contract documentation, support tender reviews, and organize financial data in a regulated, cross-country environment.

English will be the working language; the role offers a Permanent contract with Hybrid Be Flex working model in Barcelona and standard hours from 9:00 to 18:00, Monday to Friday, enabling collaboration with global teams.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent qualification.
• 3+ years of experience in administrative, procurement, purchasing, contract administration, supply chain or similar roles.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Good numerical and analytical skills.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office.
• English: minimum high B2 level.
• Experience in international, public-sector, energy or regulated environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, organise and maintain procurement and contract-related documentation.
• Review tender documentation for completeness and compliance.
• Organise and consolidate financial information related to procurement.
• Support monitoring of payments, cash flow and contractual schedules.
• Maintain accurate records and filing/traceability of documentation.
• Prepare meeting materials, minutes and follow up on actions.
• Prepare and update reports, presentations, letters and templates.
• Coordinate information with teams and stakeholders.
• Support day-to-day administrative activities related to procurement.
