Valeo in Martos, Spain, invites engineers to join a global tech leader shaping greener mobility. The role focuses on industrializing new equipment and lines, improving production efficiency, and sharing best practices across domains.

You will lead Lean workshops, collaborate with suppliers, define acceptance criteria, and ensure safety and environmental standards. Fluency in English is required; additional languages are welcome.

Formación

• Engineering degree or Master in Electronics, Telecommunication, Industrial or Aeronautical fields.
• 3+ years of experience in process engineering.
• Knowledge and passion for the automotive industry.
• English level is mandatory; additional languages are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the industrialization of new equipment and assembly lines.
• Improve production efficiency (machine and direct labor) and monitor QCDM.
• Collaborate with suppliers to introduce equipment and SPV standards.
• Maintain 5S and ensure safety and environmental procedures.
