We are expanding our team with a Process Solution Design role. Take the leap—we are waiting for you!

What will you do?

• Proficiency in Jira and Confluence: Deep knowledge of features, workflows, and integrations.
• Project Management / Scrum Master: Understanding of agile methodologies and project management principles.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
• Customize Jira and Confluence to meet team needs.
• Strong skills in investigation, business process modeling, requirements development, and impact assessment.
• Excellent analytical skills and evidence-based approach.
• Manage project resources in a matrix environment.
• Experience with agile and waterfall methodologies, meeting deadlines.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Promoting good culture and behaviors aligned with I AM Risk.
• Managing and reporting risks, ensuring compliance with regulations and policies.
• Mitigating risks and completing mandatory and role-specific training.
• Influencing stakeholders effectively.
• Communicating clearly and concisely.
• Building strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Driving customer satisfaction through engagement and proposals.
• Leading requirements elicitation and engineering, maintaining a customer focus.
• Documenting and reporting findings, supporting analysis.
• Understanding business processes and how Jira and Confluence support them.
• Fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing within the team.

What are we looking for?

• University degree in technology, preferably in computer science, with +4 years of experience.
• Deep knowledge of Jira and Confluence.
• Understanding of agile methodologies and project management.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.
