About the team

We are looking for a Process Product Data Consultant to join our Strategy, Innovation & Tools team in the Global Product Data department of ZF Aftermarket.

Working as part of the master data organization, you will be responsible for optimizing, structuring, and further developing global product master data in the context of continuous system improvements. Additionally, you will support the Aftermarket Enterprise Platform (AEP) team in improving our product data and processes for customer-facing applications.

What you can look forward to as Process Product Data Consultant :

• Develop and align product data and processes for the ZF Aftermarket Enterprise Platform as part of our market strategy.
• Derive projects from product data strategy within the domain to empower the organization with new technologies to increase process automation and improved decision-making (e.g., with AI, Digital Twin, Analytic Self Service).
• Lead projects (“classic”, agile, DevOps), taskforces, and hackathons in product data management, and manage or contribute to them from other domains, functions, or corporate projects.
• Transform and implement information architecture, simplifying access to information.
• Develop, optimize, and maintain tools and systems for data usage and enable analytics.

Your profile as Process Product Data Consultant :

• A degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Relevant working experience in the field.
• Experience with catalog and communication systems, as well as a good understanding of Data Management.
• Experience in Project Management, strategic planning, and planning methods.
• Strong ability to prioritize based on business impact.
• Good skills in business-to-IT relationship management.
• Fluency in English language.
