As a Process Optimization Specialist at Glovo’s Live Operations, you will redesign processes to maximize satisfaction and efficiency across Customers, Glovers, and Partners, ensuring cost-effectiveness. Your contributions include end-to-end process redesign, automation improvements, data analysis, stakeholder collaboration, and industry expertise development.

Be a part of a team where you will:

  • Redesign processes end-to-end to enhance satisfaction, efficiency, scalability, and consistency for Customers, Couriers, and Partners
  • Create and improve automation flows for a better user experience
  • Analyze process data to identify improvements and adjust flows accordingly
  • Collaborate with local and global stakeholders to adapt processes to their needs
  • Identify opportunities for business and operations improvement, especially in Customer Service
  • Develop a deep understanding of the online delivery service industry

What you will bring to the ride:

  • +2 years of experience in similar roles
  • Degree in Engineering, Business, or related fields
  • Experience in business consulting is a plus
  • Customer service experience is a plus
  • Tech-savvy with ability to learn new tools
  • Ability to create detailed processes
  • High attention to detail, structured, excellent problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Spanish and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
