Job summary

HP is offering a Process Mining & Process Improvement Internship in Spain. You will work within the WW Field Process Team to analyze end-to-end business processes, identify deviations, and translate insights into actionable improvements.

We require current enrollment in a related degree and familiarity with Process Mining concepts and data analysis tools. Eligibility includes February to June/July 2027 start, with flexible part-time or full-time options and a mentor from HP.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, Data Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Foundational understanding of Process Mining concepts, including event logs, process discovery, conformance checking, and root-cause analysis.
• Experience with Celonis, Signavio or comparable platform is a strong advantage.
• Working knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools; familiarity with SQL, Python, Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Use Process Mining tools and event-log data to map and analyze end-to-end process flows.
• Identify process deviations, bottlenecks, rework, control gaps, and opportunities for standardization or automation.
• Perform root-cause analysis and translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Build and maintain Process Mining analyses, dashboards, KPIs, and alerts that support proactive monitoring and solutioning.
• Partner with process owners and cross-functional teams to validate insights, prioritize improvements, and track the impact of implemented actions.
