Job summary

HP Global Services is offering a Process Mining & Process Improvement internship in Spain. You must be enrolled at a university in Spain and available to start February 2027, continuing through June–July 2027 with an internship agreement in place.

You must also be available to start the internship in February 2027 and continue participating in the program until June–July 2027 .About the WW Field Process TeamThe WW Field Process Team helps HP improve the visibility, consistency, and performance of end-to-end business processes our Field Technicians perform in their day to day. We combine process expertise, data, and digital capabilities to identify opportunities, reduce deviations, and enable more proactive decision-making.As part of our team, you will work with global stakeholders to apply Process Mining techniques, investigate process behavior, and translate insights into practical solutions and continuous-improvement actions.Join us to turn process data into insights that improve how work gets done.Key responsibilities:Use Process Mining tools and event-log data to map and analyze end-to-end process flows.Identify process deviations, bottlenecks, rework, control gaps, and opportunities for standardization or automation.Perform root-cause analysis and translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations.Build and maintain Process Mining analyses, dashboards, KPIs, and alerts that support proactive monitoring and solutioning.Partner with process owners and cross-functional teams to validate insights, prioritize improvements, and track the impact of implemented actions.Requirements:Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, Data Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.Foundational understanding of Process Mining concepts, including event logs, process discovery, conformance checking, and root-cause analysis; experience with Celonis, Signavio or a comparable platform is a strong advantage.Working knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools; familiarity with SQL, Python, Power BI, or similar technologies is desirable.Strong analytical thinking, curiosity, attention to detail, and the ability to turn complex findings into practical recommendations.Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the confidence to work with global, cross-functional stakeholders.Fluent in English, both spoken and written.Experience our benefits :Paid internship within a global, technology driven company.Join an international work environment, with opportunities for learning, professional development, and networking across teams.Flexible working schedule, with options for part-time agreements (4 hours/day) or full-time (8 hours/day).
