Job summary

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field and able to sign an internship agreement.
• Eligible to start in February 2027 and continue until June–July 2027.
• Experience with Process Mining concepts, event logs, discovery, conformance checking, and root-cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Use Process Mining tools and event-log data to map and analyze end-to-end process flows.
• Identify deviations, bottlenecks, rework, control gaps, and automation opportunities.
• Perform root-cause analysis and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
