T-Systems Iberia is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to drive CI/CD pipelines and automation for an Industrial AI Cloud deployed across major Spanish cities including A Coruña, Bilbao, Madrid and more.

Ideal candidates will have extensive cloud infrastructure experience, GPU-based setups, Kubernetes expertise, and strong scripting skills in Python or Bash. The role offers a hybrid work model and opportunities to lead cross-functional projects.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of designing and delivering IaaS/PaaS/SaaS-based systems.
• Experience with GPU-based infrastructure.
• Kubernetes container tech and Linux expertise.
• Scripting with Python or Bash.
• Automation tools: Ansible/SaltStack/Terraform/Helm.
• CI/CD in Kubernetes with GitHub/GitLab workflows.
• Knowledge of Git-based repo management.
• Monitoring with Grafana/Prometheus.
• English at B2 level; good communication.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and support ICT components for AI Cloud.
• Automate and optimize pipelines; implement IaC across platforms.
• Provide technical guidance and coordinate activities across teams.

The Senior DevOps Engineer provides consultation of functional organization to implement DevOps principles in term of culture and technologies. The holder of the position prepares prototypes and concepts for further automation of assigned technology, driving continuous improvement.
