Join our team and take an active role in driving process improvements and coordinating production management. You’ll collaborate with colleagues to implement Lean and 5S methodologies, lead factory projects like new equipment installations or layout changes, and analyze methods and times to boost efficiency. Every day, you’ll use your technical skills to make a real impact, engage staff, and help shape a culture of continuous improvement. How You’ll Make An Impact
  • Lead process improvement and coordinate production management activities on the shop floor.
  • Implement Lean and 5S methodologies, actively involving workshop staff in developing improvements.
  • Coordinate factory projects, including new equipment installations and layout changes.
  • Analyze methods and times to optimize production processes.
  • Use your project management skills to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
What You Bring
  • Technical or higher engineering degree, preferably in mechanical or industrial organization.
  • Proven ability in technical office and continuous improvement, ideally in the automotive or metal-mechanical sector.
  • Proficiency in CAD design tools.
  • Advanced Excel and project management tool skills.
  • Ability to manage projects and work independently.
