Job summary

Ball Corporation in Spain seeks a Process Expert to support start-ups, new line installations, and line conversions across the EMEA region. You will drive performance, process stability, and operational excellence in chemical processing while partnering with plant teams and project stakeholders.

Deep hands-on experience in can manufacturing is essential. You will lead troubleshooting and process optimization, train site teams, and identify waste reduction opportunities across sites.

Qualifications

• Proven can manufacturing experience is essential, incl. at least 3 years as a CPO or CPM.
• Degree in Chemical Engineering or related discipline would be an advantage.
• Hands-on expertise with processing equipment and environmental controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead process performance and optimization during start-ups, new builds, and line conversions.
• Perform specialized process adjustments to improve efficiency, quality, and environmental performance.
• Lead troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for complex issues.
• Provide technical leadership to ensure reliable operation of front-end processing equipment.
• Train and coach site teams in process understanding and performance standards.
