G+D Mobile Security in Barcelona is seeking a Process Excellence Expert to join our team. You will act as the right hand to the Process Excellence Lead, driving process improvement and digital transformation across the organization.

The role focuses on designing and orchestrating a high-performing global process organization, with a strong emphasis on automation, AI solutions, and change management. Fluency in English is required, German is a plus.

Formación

• 2-5 years of experience in process improvement, operations, or similar roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Basic knowledge in continuous improvement and process methodologies.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Process Excellence Manager in designing and orchestrating a high performing global process organization.
• Lead enterprise-wide process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce cost.
• Analyze existing business processes, identify inefficiencies, and design optimized workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align improvements with business objectives.
• Support digital transformation by integrating process improvements with automation and AI/technology solutions.
• Act as a change agent, ensuring adoption of new processes and tools.
• Develop and maintain process documentation standards, including maps and guidelines.
• Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and continuous improvement activities.

The Process Excellence Expert acts as the right hand and partner to the Process Excellence Lead, working closely on the same strategic topics and initiatives. This role not only drives and supports process improvement and digital transformation but also helps set up and nurture a community of practice around process excellence.

Your tasks/responsibilities

• Support the Process Excellence Manager in designing and orchestration of a high performing global process organization
• Lead and manage enterprise-wide process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency, reduce cost, and improve

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Business and Group Services / IT to ensure alignment of process improvements with business objectives.
• Support digital transformation initiatives by integrating process improvements with automation and AI / technology solutions
• Act as a change agent, ensuring adoption of new processes and tools across the organization
• Develop and maintain process documentation standards, including process maps and guidelines
• Assist in facilitating workshops, training sessions, and continuous improvement activities

Your profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in process improvement, operations, or a similar role.
• Basic knowledge in continuous improvement and process methodologies (certification is a plus).
• Experience in process documentation and analysis tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to map, analyze, and improve processes.
• Good project coordination and organizational skill
• Team-oriented with a proactive and solution-focused attitude
• Very good English skills, German would be great
