G+D Mobile Security in Barcelona is seeking a Senior Process Engineer to lead large-scale process initiatives across the group, ensuring smooth handover to business and service teams.

You will design, analyze and optimize end-to-end processes, identify bottlenecks, implement improvements, and support automation and digitalization projects, including AI integrations.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in consulting, process improvement or similar role.
• Experience in process analysis, optimization.
• Strong analytical and technical problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in process mapping, process modeling, and data analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and deliver process related large new group wide topics incl. hand over into business and Group Services for implementation.
• Design, analyze and optimize end-to-end processes to improve efficiency, quality and throughput.
• Identify process bottlenecks, inefficiencies and risks through data analysis and observation.
• Develop and implement process improvements, including workflow optimization and standardization.
• Support business / divisions in troubleshooting and resolving process-related issues.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive improvements.
• Support automation and digitalization initiatives, including AI integrations and systems.

This person will be responsible for managing and delivering large-scale, group-wide process initiatives, ensuring smooth handover to business and service teams.

• Manage and deliver process related large new group wide topics incl. hand over into business and Group Services for implementation
• Design, analyze and optimize end-to-end processes to improve efficiency, quality and throughput.
• Identify process bottlenecks, inefficiencies and risks through data analysis and observation.
• Develop and implement process improvements, including workflow optimization and standardization.
• Support business / divisions in troubleshooting and resolving process-related issues.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Business, IT, Process experts) to drive improvements.
• Support automation and digitalization initiatives, including the integration of new AI / technologies and systems.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives

Your profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in consulting, process improvement or a similar role
• Experience in process analysis, optimization
• Strong analytical and technical problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in process mapping, process modeling, and data analysis.
• Good project management and organizational skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
• Team-oriented with a proactive and solution-focused attitude
• Very good English skills, German would be great
