Giesecke+Devrient seeks a Process Excellence Expert to advance a global process organization from its Barcelona office. You will partner with the Process Excellence Lead to drive process improvement and digital transformation, supporting automation and a community of practice around process excellence.

The role requires a 2–5 year track record in process improvement, strong analytics, and the ability to map and optimize workflows.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in process improvement, operations, or a similar role.
• Basic knowledge in continuous improvement and process methodologies (certification is a plus).
• Experience in process documentation and analysis tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to map, analyze, and improve processes.
• Good project coordination and organizational skill
• Team-oriented with a proactive and solution-focused attitude
• Very good English skills, German would be great

Responsabilidades

• Support the Process Excellence Manager in designing and orchestration of a high performing global process organization
• Lead and manage enterprise-wide process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency, reduce cost, and improve
• Analyze existing business processes, identify inefficiencies, and design optimized workflows
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Business and Group Services / IT to ensure alignment of process improvements with business objectives.
• Support digital transformation initiatives by integrating process improvements with automation and AI / technology solutions
• Act as a change agent, ensuring adoption of new processes and tools across the organization
• Develop and maintain process documentation standards, including process maps and guidelines
• Assist in facilitating workshops, training sessions, and continuous improvement activities

The Process Excellence Expert acts as the right hand and partner to the Process Excellence Lead, working closely on the same strategic topics and initiatives. This role not only drives and supports process improvement and digital transformation but also helps set up and nurture a community of practice around process excellence.
