Airbus Operations S.L. in Illescas, Spain, seeks a Process Engineer to support Work Preparation, optimize production processes and drive improvement initiatives.

You will collaborate across multifunctional teams on projects like S19 A350 and others, with focus on PPS, SOIs and line balancing for ramp-up. The role requires an Aeronautical or Industrial Engineering degree, 5+ years in manufacturing, advanced CATIA skills, and fluent English.

• Education in Aeronautical or Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in Manufacturing or Engineering.
• Advanced English level and strong autonomous work style.
• Experience with line balancing, composites and CATIA is required.

Job Description:An opportunity for a Process Engineer has arisen within Airbus Operations , Illescas (Toledo) .The selected candidate will join the Work Preparation department, which provides essential support to production by ensuring process maintenance and optimization. Our team collaborates across multifunctional teams, contributing t o the success of key projects such as S19 A350, HTP S.A, and 330.RESPONSIBILITIESOptimize existing processes in collaboration with cross-functional teams, including the preparation of Practical Problem Solving (PPS), Standard Operating Instructions (SOIs), and line balancing for ramp-up .Implement new manufacturing tools and technologies as part of the new media industrialization effort .Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for both products and processes .SKILLSIs your profile aligned to the following list of skills?
