Job summary

Etex Iberia is seeking a Plant Engineer to deliver facilities, technology and engineering support to achieve operational objectives across manufacturing processes. The role focuses on optimization, maximum efficiency, and leading capital projects with safety, energy and environmental compliance in mind.

You will drive technical analyses, oversee installation and start-up of new equipment, monitor energy usage and contribute to continuous improvement and cost-effective project execution across

Qualifications

• Technical Engineering degree required.
• 18–24 months of relevant industrial or manufacturing engineering experience.
• Knowledge of project management and commissioning processes.
• Experience with energy management and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to plant operations.
• Optimize existing facilities and processes.
• Monitor and improve manufacturing subprocesses.
• Provide technical oversight of melting and fiberizing furnaces.
• Develop technical procedures and operational documentation.
• Prepare analyses, reports and performance follow-up documentation.
• Lead and monitor installation, commissioning and start-up activities.
• Manage budgeting and capital investment for projects.
