Airbus Operations SL in Illescas, Toledo, is seeking a Process Engineer to join the Work Preparation department, supporting production through process maintenance and optimization. The team collaborates across multifunctional groups on key projects like S19 A350, HTP S.A, and 330.

Requirements include a aeronautical/industrial engineering degree with at least 5 years in manufacturing or engineering, advanced English, and knowledge of line balancing, composites, and CATIA. A Master’s is valued.

Formación

• Education: Aeronautical or Industrial Engineering degree or a related discipline.
• Experience: At least 5 years in Manufacturing or Engineering.
• Soft skills: High adaptability to work on new topics, in changing business environments, and in networking situations; high degree of autonomy, proactivity, and accountability.
• Languages: Advanced level in English.
• Technical knowledge: Line balancing calculations, composite materials experience, and advanced CATIA skills.
• Valuable / Nice to have: A master’s degree in a relevant field will be valued.

Responsabilidades

• Optimize existing processes in collaboration with cross-functional teams, including the preparation of PPS, SOIs, and line balancing for ramp-up.
• Implement new manufacturing tools and technologies as part of the new media industrialization effort.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for both products and processes.
