Eurofit Group is seeking a Process Engineer to manage and support plant production processes, collaborating with multiple departments and external partners to meet safety, quality, productivity and cost targets.

The role involves planning shifts, implementing best practices, and coordinating IT systems related to ERP, MES and sequencing software while maintaining liaison with suppliers and the Group’s IT and Production teams.

Formación

• At least 3 years' experience in a similar role (preferably in the automotive sector).
• Technical/engineering degree.

Responsabilidades

• Plan actions to meet KPI targets and address deviations, and audit non-conformities.
• Drive continuous improvement and implement best practices and lessons learned.
• Coordinate shifts and staff management (permanent and agency workers).
• Create and manage local work instructions and maintenance procedures.
• Train local teams on processes and work instructions across centers.
• Ensure adherence to procedures and conduct workshop audits.
• Analyze root causes of process incidents and line rejects; report KPIs.
