Airbus Group in Getafe seeks a Process Engineer to drive manufacturing-focused engineering for A350/A330 programs. You will translate industrial requirements into design, develop build processes, and manage critical documentation to ensure quality and efficiency.

You will act as a technical authority on process specifications and support Run@Rate validations in cross-functional, international teams. The role emphasizes DFM, tooling and BoM management, and collaboration across Airbus processes

Formación

• Engineering degree required and relevant manufacturing experience in aerospace or high-tech environments.
• PFMEA knowledge and process validation experience.
• Familiarity with Airbus processes and standards (A2019.1, A2853.3, AIPS/AIPI).
• Experience implementing DFM and process standardization across design and production

Responsabilidades

• Develop build processes and specify tooling, equipment, and machinery requirements.
• Create and update routings, BoM, and SOIs per Process A2019.1 and Airbus Golden Rules.
• Implement Standard Work with STV and conduct FMEA/PFMEA analyses.
• Serve as ME signatory for Airbus Process Specifications and resolve escalations.
• Support Run@Rate validations and assess the industrial impact of design changes.
• Assist CAPEX and budget planning and ensure EHS compliance

In this role, you will drive manufacture-focused engineering for Airbus Widebody programs (A350/A330) from Getafe. You will translate industrial requirements into design, develop build processes, and manage critical documentation to ensure quality and efficiency. You will act as a technical authority on process specifications and support Run@Rate validations. This position offers exposure to cross-functional collaboration in an international environment and an opportunity to influence industrialization and cost optimization of aerostructures.
