Airbus Group in Getafe, Madrid, Spain, seeks a Manufacturing Engineer to lead industrial design, standardize processes, and support shop-floor execution. You will bridge Engineering, Supply Chain and Operations while driving CAPEX planning and continuous improvement.

Role requires education in Aeronautical/Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering and experience in aerospace manufacturing. Strong English and willingness to work cross-functionally in an international environment are essential.

Formación

• Education in Aeronautical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Experience in Manufacturing Engineering or Production within aerospace or industrial sectors.
• Strong communication and adaptability for cross-functional international settings.

Responsabilidades

• Define build processes and specify industrial assets, jigs and tooling.
• Create and update routings, As-Prepared BoMs, and SOIs.
• Drive CAPEX planning and shop-floor continuous improvement.
• Perform PFMEA/FMEA risk analyses and support H&S compliance.
• Collaborate with Production, Maintenance, and Supply Chain to resolve issues.
