BD (Becton Dickinson) in Fraga, Spain, is seeking a Process Engineer to provide technical support to manufacturing operations and lead process improvement projects in collaboration with maintenance and quality teams.

The ideal candidate has a BS in engineering, 1–3 years of manufacturing experience, and proficient English. You will drive problem solving, standardize best practices, ensure compliance with BD quality policies, and participate in change-control processes.

• 1–3 years of experience in manufacturing environments.

Responsabilidades

• Control, monitor and evaluate manufacturing processes to mitigate losses (OEE, waste, quality) and drive continuous improvement.
• Plan and perform root-cause analysis to resolve process issues.
• Understand processes to implement best practices and standardize working methods.
• Lead and/or support manufacturing projects (material changes, process improvements) through design control with well-documented analyses.
• Demonstrate drive for results and accountability for completing tasks and projects on time.
• Ensure compliance with BD quality policies through training and education of engineering principles.

Job Description

As Process engineer, you will provide technical support to manufacturing operations as well as coordinating and leading process improvement projects with the collaboration of maintenance and quality departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Control, monitor & evaluation of manufacturing processes in order to mitigate losses (Performance/OEE, Waste, Quality notifications) and implement continuous improvement methodologies.
• Plan and perform problem solving and/or root-cause-analysis.
• Understand processes in order to implement Best Practices and standardize working methodologies.
• Lead and/or support manufacturing projects (change of material, process improvement changes, etc.) through design control processes and generating well-documented research and analyses records.
• Demonstrate strong drive for results and clear accountability for successful and accurate completion of designated tasks and projects.
• Ensures compliance with BD quality policies, procedures, and practices through appropriate communication, training, and education of engineering principles.
