At ING we are looking for Consumer Loans process controller (COO-Temporary)

Your role and work environment:

We are looking for a motivated and proactive person to join our Easy Financing team within the Products tribe in the COO area at ING Spain.

This team is responsible for redesigning and transforming our processes to ensure they are the most loved, impactful, and valued. We work to improve the quality and scalability of consumer lending operations while ensuring an excellent customer experience and operational efficiency.

Developing this position and role in the team, is an exciting opportunity to develop knowledge and practical experience in product management/business analytics, the management and improvement of the processes associated with it and finally, to learn about customer behaviour in financial operations within the banking sector.

Your key responsibilities:

As a Easy Financing (Consumer Loans) process controller you will:

• Support the coordination and execution of administrative and financial tasks related to consumer lending.
• Assist in budget tracking, cost control, and financial reporting.
• Monitor and analyze operational efficiency to identify areas of improvement.
• Contribute to the development of reports, presentations, and business insights
• Analysing customer behaviour and how the quality of processes impact on customer experience and recommendation.

• You have completed or are in the process of completing a Bachelor's or Master´s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Business Analytics, Data, or a related subject.
• Interest in business operations, financial analysis, and process management.
• Knowledge of financial reporting and business/data management tools (Excel, SQL, SAP, Power BI, etc.).
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Customer-focused mindset: ability to think from the user experience perspective.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Proactivity, curiosity, and a desire to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
• Fluency in English and Spanish (multilingual skills are a plus).

• Apoyar la coordinación y ejecución de tareas administrativas y financieras relacionadas con préstamos al consumo.
• Asistir en el seguimiento presupuestario, control de costes y reporting financiero.
• Monitorear y analizar la eficiencia operativa para identificar oportunidades de mejora.
• Contribuir en la elaboración de informes, presentaciones y análisis de negocio.
• Analizar el comportamiento de les clientes y cómo la calidad de los procesos impacta en su experiencia y nivel de recomendación.
