Process and Project Manager Automotive (m / f / x)

LOCATION : Madrid

CONTRACT TYPE : Full-time

WHAT TO EXPECT

We, the ADAS Project Management Team at ARRK, are the main point of contact for our customers when it comes to successfully executing projects. We independently support all topics related to project organization and processes, whether classic or agile. This includes planning, monitoring, and optimizing processes in the development of highly automated driving functions to ensure an efficient project landscape.

YOUR TASKS

1. Recording, analyzing, evaluating, modeling, optimizing, and monitoring processes in the development of autonomous driving functions to achieve the required ASPICE level in close cooperation with the specialist departments and process owners.
2. Coordination with interface partners to ensure effective and efficient processes.
3. Support in planning, coordinating, and conducting internal and external ASPICE assessments.
4. Participation in process improvement projects according to Automotive SPICE both internally and externally at OEMs and suppliers on-site.
5. Conducting process coaching and workshops.
6. Creating additional project documents, such as project manuals.

YOUR PROFILE

1. A degree in industrial engineering, computer science, automotive engineering, or a comparable qualification.
2. Several years of professional experience in the automotive and development environment and sound knowledge in the areas of Process and Quality Management.
3. Ideally, training or further education as an assessor for Automotive SPICE.
4. Profound knowledge in using project management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
5. Very high initiative and motivation.
6. Customer orientation.
7. Fluent in English and German.
