Job Description:

An opportunity for an ME Serial Process Engineer has arisen within Airbus Defence and Space, San Pablo (Sevilla).

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Drive implementation of 1st installation with required shop floor feedback loops.
2. Create/update routings/BoM/SOI taking into account shop floor needs, Time calculation, and Work Preparation Golden Rules in accordance with applicable processes.
3. Specify industrial asset (Jigs, Tools, Tooling, Machines,…) requirements for creation or modification.
4. Plan regular feedback loops with the Production Team.
5. Manage key/recurrent work prep issues escalated by the Production Team/Tech shop floor support.
6. Communicate directly and by physical participation in Production Team routines.
7. Support shop floor continuous improvement by providing work prep expertise when issues are not managed at shop floor level by technical shop floor support.
8. Support PPE in evaluating industrial impacts of modifications and translating industrial requirements to design & supply chain.
9. Accountable for Support configuration management.
10. Run and support P-FMEA/FMEA.
11. Depending on the division, provide technical expertise to the DPE.
12. Role of ME within supply chain management guaranteeing full consistency and effectiveness of data (e.g., Missing part, stock, Material Requirement Planning impacts).
