The successful candidate will play a senior role across the full investment cycle, from origination and execution to portfolio management and exit.
Origination and execution: Assess investment opportunities and lead financial analysis, valuation, due diligence, transaction structuring and financing.
Investment Committee: Prepare and present investment recommendations and supporting materials.
Portfolio management: Work closely with management teams and boards to monitor performance and drive strategic and operational value-creation initiatives.
Exit execution: Contribute to the preparation and execution of portfolio company exits.
Fundraising: Support fundraising, investor relations and fund reporting activities.
Team development: Supervise and mentor junior investment professionals.
