Alantra is seeking a Senior Private Equity professional to lead investments across the full cycle, from origination through exit, in Iberia. You will evaluate opportunities, structure deals and supervise portfolio performance while coordinating with management and boards.

The role emphasizes leadership, strong modelling and due diligence, with responsibilities spanning fundraising support and team mentorship. English fluency and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Formación

• 7–10 years of relevant experience, including substantial Private Equity exposure.
• Proven ability to execute and manage private equity investments across the full cycle.
• Strong financial modelling, valuation, due diligence and structuring skills.

Responsabilidades

• Origination and execution: assess opportunities and lead financial analysis, valuation, due diligence, structuring and financing.
• Investment Committee: prepare and present investment recommendations and supporting materials.
• Portfolio management: monitor performance with management teams and boards to drive value creation.
• Exit execution: contribute to portfolio exits.
• Fundraising: support fundraising, investor relations and fund reporting.
• Team development: supervise and mentor junior investment professionals.
