Alantra Private Equity is a leading Iberian PE manager with over 25 years of market experience, focusing on mid-market companies across food, healthcare and industry tech sectors. A senior role spans the full investment cycle from origination to exit, including fundraising and team development.

The candidate will lead financial analysis, due diligence, and portfolio management while partnering with management teams and boards to enhance value creation.

Formación

• 7–10 years of relevant Private Equity experience and exposure
• Proven experience in executing and managing private equity investments
• Strong financial modelling, valuation, due diligence and structuring skills
• Excellent leadership, commercial judgement and communication skills
• Excellent English; other languages a plus

Responsabilidades

• Origination and execution: assess investment opportunities and lead financial analysis, due diligence, valuation, structuring and financing
• Investment Committee: prepare and present investment recommendations and supporting materials
• Portfolio management: monitor performance and drive strategic and operational value-creation initiatives
• Exit execution: contribute to portfolio company exits preparation and execution
• Fundraising: support fundraising, investor relations and fund reporting; supervise junior professionals
