Private Equity Associate

Our client, a leading Private Equity fund based in Madrid, is seeking an Associate to join their international investment team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on small / mid-cap PE deals across Western Europe and the US.

Requirements :

• 3-4 years of professional experience in private equity or investment banking.
• Fluency in English and French is mandatory (Spanish not required).
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence skills.
• Proven track record of working in high-paced, international environments.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities :

• Conduct financial analysis, modeling, and valuations for potential investments.
• Support the due diligence process and assist in deal execution.
• Help prepare investment memorandums and presentations for senior stakeholders.
• Monitor portfolio companies and assist in the development of value creation plans.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external advisors across Western Europe and the US.
