MAKE Banking is building a private banking platform tailored for content creators, empowering agencies and high-value creators to earn, spend, and save across borders. This role owns the end-to-end relationship and onboarding, reporting to the Director, Private Banking, and acting as a trusted advisor to balance outstanding service with proactive client growth.

You will manage onboarding, activation, and ongoing engagement, delivering concierge-style support while expanding platform usage.

Formación

• 4+ years in account management, client success or sales.
• 1+ year in commercial or retail banking.
• Experience managing high-value VIP clients or relationships.
• Background in fintech, creator economy, SaaS or digital platforms is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end onboarding for agencies and creators.
• Maintain top-tier relationships with agency partners and creators.
• Educate clients on platform features and best practices.
• Identify growth opportunities and drive revenue growth.
• Provide product feedback to support roadmap and adoption.
