Rover is seeking a hands‑on Application Analyst II to own our privacy technology platform stack. You will configure, integrate, troubleshoot, and maintain the privacy management platform and connected systems, collaborating with the GRC team to ensure compliance is reliably delivered.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 2–5 years administering SaaS platforms, with experience leading moderately complex projects.
• Hands‑on experience with an enterprise privacy management platform (consent management, DSAR automation, data discovery)
• Working knowledge of REST APIs, OAuth/API keys, webhooks, and integration troubleshooting
• Understanding of SaaS architecture: environments, sandbox‑to‑production, change management
• Strong independent problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills
• Clear communication, especially with non‑technical stakeholders
• Comfortable working autonomously and knowing when to elevate
• Practical, hands‑on experience using AI/LLM tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot) to automate workflows, draft documentation, or accelerate troubleshooting
• Vendor certifications (OneTrust, Ketch, DataGrail, TrustArc, or similar)
• Cloud fundamentals certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• GDPR/CCPA or global privacy regulation awareness
• Scripting experience (Python, JavaScript)
• IAM/SSO knowledge
• Experience with AI coding tools (Claude Code, Copilot, Cursor) or calling LLM APIs directly
• Awareness of AI governance frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, ISO 42001)

Responsabilidades

• Own the privacy platform: configure and maintain workflows, assessments, consent management, DSAR automation, and reporting.
• Coordinate consent and marketing preferences across Marketing, Legal, and Engineering; ensure signals are captured, synced, and enforced downstream.
• Manage integrations and APIs: own API surface connecting privacy platform to Rover systems, including authentication, error handling, and monitoring.
• Handle DSARs end to end: ensure connectors fire correctly, monitor success rates, and resolve errors.
• Keep RoPA and Data Map accurate: maintain connectors, validate data inventory, and onboard new sources.
• Lead new integrations: act as technical lead on integration projects from design through go‑live.
• Support incident response: partner with Cybersecurity on privacy/security incidents, owning platform‑level triage and evidence collection.
• Build AI‑driven automation: identify manual work and build AI‑assisted workflows with human review for compliance output.
• Document and mentor: keep configurations, runbooks, and troubleshooting guides current; support junior team members.
• Own the vendor relationship: manage escalations with evidence, engage vendor services when in‑house capability is exceeded.
