Rover is seeking a hands-on Application Analyst II to own the privacy technology platform stack and automate privacy workflows. The role partners with the GRC team to translate compliance needs into reliable platform capabilities.

Based in Barcelona, this hybrid position requires two days weekly in the Poblenou office and relocation flexibility. You will lead integrations, manage DSAR processes, and drive automation using AI tools while ensuring audit-ready documentation and mentoring for

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS or equivalent practical experience.
• 2-5 years administering SaaS platforms with project leadership.
• Hands-on privacy management platform experience (consent, DSAR, data discovery).
• Strong troubleshooting and independence; able to explain to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience using AI/LLM tools to automate workflows with human review.

Responsabilidades

• Own the privacy platform: configure and maintain workflows, assessments, consent management, DSAR automation, and reporting.
• Coordinate consent and marketing preferences across Marketing, Legal, and Engineering; ensure signals are captured and enforced downstream.
• Manage integrations and APIs: own the API surface, authentication, error handling, and monitoring.
• Handle DSARs end to end: ensure connectors fire correctly, monitor success rates, resolve errors.
• Keep RoPA and Data Map accurate: maintain connectors, validate data inventory, onboard sources.
• Lead new integrations: act as technical lead from design through go-live.
• Support incident response: partner with Cybersecurity on privacy/security incidents with platform-level triage.
• Build AI-driven automation: identify manual work and build AI-assisted workflows with human review.
