Job summary

Qualifications
- Law degree with 4+ years in legal counsel or 2+ years with advanced degree.
- Experience advising on data protection and privacy matters in a large organization.
- Knowledge of GDPR and UK GDPR within EMEA.
Responsibilities
- Advise stakeholders on privacy, data protection, and regulatory requirements in EMEA.
- Monitor GDPR/UK GDPR developments and ePrivacy requirements.
- Provide guidance on digital health, AI initiatives, data governance, and new products.
- Draft, review, and negotiate privacy-related agreements (DPA, DTA).
- Support privacy risk assessments, transfer impact assessments, and compliance reviews.
- Advise on cross-border data transfers and international data flows.
- Support privacy incident investigations and regulatory notifications.
- Develop privacy guidance, templates, and governance resources.
