Job summary

Euronet is seeking a Privacy Counsel to support legal and strategic guidance on data protection and privacy compliance across the organization. The role involves assisting the Privacy Office and EU teams with basic privacy guidance and drafting of DPAs, DPIAs, and data transfer agreements.

The position requires a qualified lawyer with early-career experience in data protection, fluent English, and the ability to navigate a multi-entity EU environment.

Qualifications

• Qualified lawyer admitted or in final stage of qualification.
• Experience in corporate, consulting, or law firm environment.
• Exposure to data protection, privacy, or regulatory work.
• Fluent English with strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a multi-entity, multi-jurisdictional environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the Privacy Office and EU business teams with basic data protection guidance under supervision.
• Assist with drafting and reviewing Data Privacy and Data Transfer Agreements and support negotiations with third parties.
• Support EU Privacy Consultants with local regulatory requirements and day-to-day compliance topics.
• Assist with documenting data processing activities, bases for processing, data transfers, and PIAs.
• Monitor EU and local data protection developments and share updates with stakeholders.
