The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of data privacy experience, be proficient in creating Data Privacy Agreements, and have strong analytical skills. This role involves supporting various business units, drafting essential privacy documents, and ensuring compliance with evolving regulations. Fluency in English is necessary, and other languages are a plus. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for managing diverse projects.

Formación

• Minimum of 2 years of practical data privacy experience required.
• Experience in the creation of Data Privacy Agreements and Privacy Impact Assessments.
• Committed to continuous privacy and professional education.

Responsabilidades

• Provide subject matter expertise on data protection and privacy.
• Draft and review Data Privacy & Data Transfer Agreements.
• Support the operation of corporate breach reporting and data retention processes.
