Position Overview:
Join Socialpoint’s Two Dots team as a Principal UI/UX Designer, where artistic creativity meets functional game design. Lead the creation of intuitive, visually striking interfaces that captivate players while excelling in a fast-paced, high-performance environment. Drive design strategy, craft interactive prototypes, and collaborate across teams to deliver top-tier gaming experiences.
What You'll do:
UI/UX Design and Development: Conceptualize and create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity mock-ups, and UI layouts, ensuring exceptional player experiences.
Artistic Collaboration and Implementation: Design UI art and visual elements aligned with thematic art styles, prepare assets for Unity integration, and develop functional animations for interactions.
Team Collaboration and Ownership: Collaborate with product, design, and art teams while owning UX for multiple game feature pods and setting standards in UI/UX.
Mentorship and Knowledge Sharing: Mentor senior UI/UX staff, participate in critiques and reviews, and share insights with other teams to establish best practices organization-wide.
Process Leadership: Define methodologies, create documentation, and participate in retrospectives to continually refine UI/UX strategies and execution.
