This role is open to candidates based in the UK and Spain only.

Cimpress businesses and their in-house / third-party vendors (fulfillers) manufacture customized products that help our end-customers make an impression, whether they are small / medium businesses, direct customers, or resellers. We face fulfillment challenges similar to other ecommerce companies, but also the unique challenge of manufacturing and delivering customized products tailored to each customer's needs, on time and at the lowest cost.

Fulfillment Domain within Cimpress Technology enables fulfillers to manage production and delivery of near-zero defect, mass-customized products. We achieve this through highly custom manufacturing systems integrated with logistics and shipping systems, providing value across the entire fulfillment spectrum.

We are re-imagining the entire Fulfillment Capability space and seek an experienced UX Designer in the B2B manufacturing / supply-chain / logistics spaces to work with our product teams to build the future of mass customization fulfillment.

Role Responsibilities

  1. Lead UX Research & Strategy: Develop comprehensive design strategies for complex, multi-team domain problems. Conduct research, create data-backed personas, user flows, and scenarios to optimize UX.
  2. Define & Execute Vision: Contribute to long-term product strategy and work closely with product managers and developers to define user-centric solutions.
  3. Champion the User: Apply human-centered design principles to create intuitive, accessible digital experiences for diverse users. Implement inclusive design standards.
  4. Deliver Design Impact: Collaborate across teams to align, innovate, and push creative boundaries. Hands-on experience with Figma, prototyping, and data visualizations.
  5. Mentor & Grow the UX Team: Guide and develop Product Designers, address design challenges, and lead team growth.
  6. Scale the Culture: Partner with the Design Guild to establish best practices, document processes, and stay current with industry trends.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience as a Senior UX Designer in a B2B product organization, with at least 2 years in team leadership.
  • Experience designing self-serve SaaS products loved by users.
  • Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, tools, and best practices.
  • Experience with complex, high-quality B2B products, preferably in manufacturing.
  • Excellent communication skills for articulating design decisions.
  • Ability to think broadly and run data-inspired experiments.
  • Curious, creative, growth-minded attitude.
  • Proficiency with written and spoken communication, especially in a remote-first culture.

Nice to Have

  • Formal education in design (bachelor’s or master’s).
  • Experience working with global product and engineering teams.
  • Understanding of manufacturing principles, LEAN manufacturing, logistics, and shopfloor processes.
