Job summary

SailPoint, a leader in identity security, seeks a Technical Advisor in Madrid to own strategic platform adoption roadmaps across Identity Security Cloud, Agentic Fabric, and related capabilities. You will bridge architecture with business value, advising CISOs and VP-level leaders on governance and regulatory strategy.

You will collaborate with Customer Success Managers to drive renewals and expansions, delivering measurable outcomes in breach risk reduction, compliance efficiency, and cost

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in identity and access management (IAM), identity governance and administration (IGA), and enterprise security architecture.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (CS, Cybersecurity, IT, Business).
• Industry-recognized cybersecurity and architecture certifications preferred (CISSP, CISM, TOGAF, CISA).
• SailPoint platform certifications strongly desired.
• Fluent in French and/or German.

Responsibilities

• Own the multi-year platform adoption roadmap across Identity Security Cloud, Agentic Fabric, and related capabilities.
• Architect comprehensive identity governance models for human, machine, and AI identities with cohesive policy frameworks.
• Engage as a trusted executive advisor for C-suite & VP-level leaders on identity strategy and regulatory architecture.
• Define and maintain value measurement frameworks and present quarterly.
• Guide AI agent identity governance design and deployment, including risk-tier classification and least-privilege enforcement.
• Translate regulatory requirements (DORA, NIS2, SEC, SOX, HIPAA) into governance architectures.
• Synthesize cross-account patterns into reusable frameworks for Product and Engineering.
