Job summary

SailPoint in Spain is seeking a Solution Architect for Identity Maturity Acceleration to own multi-year platform adoption roadmaps across Identity Security Cloud, Agentic Fabric, and related capabilities, translating technical architecture into measurable business value.

You will engage C-suite and VP-level leaders, drive governance models for human, machine, and AI identities, and partner with Customer Success to align technical strategy with commercial outcomes while shaping the product

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field.
7+ years in IAM/IGA or enterprise security architecture.
CISSP/CISM/TOGAF/CISA certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

Define and maintain multi-year platform adoption roadmaps across Identity Security Cloud, Agentic Fabric, and related solutions.
Architect identity governance for human, machine, and AI identities with cohesive policy frameworks.
Advise C-suite and VP-level leaders on identity security strategy and regulatory architecture.
Quantify outcomes (breach risk reduction, compliance gains, cost avoidance) for quarterly reviews.
Guide deployment of AI agent identity governance using SailPoint capabilities.
Identify cross-account patterns and translate into framework improvements for Product & Engineering.
