Job summary

SailPoint is seeking a Solution Architect to own multi-year platform adoption roadmaps and architect unified governance across human, non-human, and autonomous AI identities. You will bridge technical architecture with business value, advising CISOs and CIOs while partnering with Customer Success Managers to secure renewals and drive expansions.

Role requires 7+ years IAM/IGA experience, strong advisory skills, and knowledge of AI governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.
• CyberSecurity credentials (CISSP, CISM, CISA, TOGAF) are preferred; SailPoint certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own platform adoption roadmaps across ISC, Agentic Fabric, DAS, MIS, and Harbor Pilot.
• Architect governance models across human, machine, and autonomous AI identities.
• Advise C‑suite and VP‑level stakeholders in cyber risk and ROI terms.
• Pioneer adoption of SailPoint Agentic Fabric and AI agent governance.
• Translate regulatory mandates (NIS2, DORA, SOX, HIPAA, GDPR) into platform controls.
• Synthesize field patterns into reusable frameworks for Product and Tech Council.
• Mentor other Solution Architects and support technical advisors.
