This role involves designing, developing, and testing new software components, primarily focusing on back-end technologies with some front-end involvement. If you enjoy hands-on development combined with DevOps practices, this position is ideal for you.

What skills and experience do I need to succeed?

Key Skills & Experience

• Experience with modern development technologies and methodologies, including Agile, Continuous Integration, Build pipelines, Test-Driven Development
• Extensive AWS experience (CloudFormation, IAM, VPC, Load Balancers, AMI, CloudWatch, EventBridge, EC2, S3, Lambda)
• Experience with React
• MS SQL knowledge: T-SQL

Domain experience in the financial sector, such as Investment Management, Investment Analytics, or with an equity data provider, is beneficial but not essential.

You may have previously held roles such as ‘Senior Software Engineer’, ‘Software Developer’, ‘Principal Software Engineer’, or even ‘DevOps Engineer’ with strong back-end development experience.
