Technica Engineering Spain is seeking a Principal Senior SW Developer to join our Software Development team in Vigo, Spain. In this role, you will act as a key technical reference across our software development teams, helping shape the way we design, develop, test, and deliver software.

You will work closely with developers and technical teams to improve software architecture, promote engineering best practices, reduce technical complexity, and explore innovative ways to increase productivity

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of professional software development experience, including leadership roles.
• Production-ready software design with strong architecture and patterns knowledge.
• Experience with APIs, backend services, and distributed systems.
• Strong CI/CD and automated testing practices.
• Ability to influence decisions and mentor other developers.
• Excellent problem-solving and pragmatic engineering approach.
• Professional working proficiency in English.

Aufgaben

• Act as a technical reference across software teams and guide architectural decisions.
• Define scalable, maintainable software architectures for multiple products.
• Improve code quality, testing strategies, reviews, and documentation.
