• 7+ years of software engineering experience with platform tooling or infrastructure
• Production-level Python with packaging, typing, testing, and dependency management
• Experience with on-premises Linux, networking, storage, and virtualization

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and maintain Python services and tooling for the internal infrastructure platform
• Collaborate with engineering teams to convert pain points into platform features
• Automate infrastructure operations with self-service workflows for reproducibility and safety
• Implement observability through metrics, logging, and alerting to surface failures
• Own production incidents end-to-end and drive root cause analysis
• Scale compute and storage across on-premises hardware while balancing performance and cost
• Incorporate security by default: secrets management, least-privilege access, and dependency hygiene
