We’re hiring for a Principal QA Automation Engineer (Enterprise Solutions Unit). Here's what the role involves:

1. Create and integrate QA processes into the development cycle, ensuring testing is seamless within the software development lifecycle.
2. Establish and track QA metrics to maintain product quality.
3. Build and implement automated testing frameworks supporting workflows and continuous delivery.
4. Design, develop, and maintain automated tests covering functional, regression, performance testing for both client-side and server-side components.
5. Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for continuous execution during deployment.
6. Collaborate with developers to design effective unit tests ensuring comprehensive coverage.
7. Work closely with product managers to align test strategies with project goals.
8. Identify automation opportunities, focusing on critical and high-risk areas.
9. Improve test automation frameworks to enhance coverage and efficiency.
10. Coordinate QA efforts through collaboration and knowledge sharing.
11. Provide feedback, help resolve bugs, and improve product quality.

Who we are looking for:

• Experience creating QA processes from scratch and integrating them into development workflows.
• Strong knowledge of testing principles, methodologies, and design techniques.
• Understanding of modern client-server architectures, web protocols, APIs, and distributed systems.
• Proficiency with automation tools such as Selenium, Moon.
• Experience with CI/CD tools and integrating automated tests into pipelines.
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Hands-on API testing experience.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
• Effective communication abilities.
