Principal QA Automation Engineer (Enterprise Solutions Unit)

Location: Remote in Spain

We’re hiring for a Principal QA Automation Engineer in our Enterprise Solutions Unit. Key responsibilities include:

1. Create and integrate QA processes into the development cycle, ensuring seamless testing within the software development lifecycle.
2. Establish and track QA metrics to monitor product quality.
3. Build and implement automated testing frameworks supporting workflows and continuous delivery.
4. Design, develop, and maintain automated tests covering functional, regression, performance testing for client-side and server-side components.
5. Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for continuous execution during deployment.
6. Collaborate with developers to design effective unit test cases ensuring comprehensive coverage.
7. Align test strategies with project goals and business requirements through close collaboration.
8. Identify automation opportunities, focusing on critical and high-risk areas.
9. Improve test automation frameworks, increasing coverage and efficiency.
10. Maintain alignment across QA teams via regular collaboration and knowledge sharing.
11. Provide feedback to resolve bugs and enhance product quality.

Who we are looking for:

• Experience creating QA processes from scratch and integrating them into development workflows.
• Strong knowledge of testing principles, methodologies, and design techniques across various testing types.
• Understanding of modern client-server architectures, web protocols, APIs, and distributed systems.
• Proficiency with automation tools like Selenium, Moon.
• Experience with CI/CD tools and integrating automated tests into pipelines.
• Understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies within cross-functional teams.
• Hands-on API testing experience with relevant tools.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
