Our Team

The Relevance Core team in the Personalization domain plays a critical role in optimizing VistaPrint's personalization strategies. We build and own a suite of sophisticated data products using machine learning models, comprehensive reporting analytics, and automated data engineering workflows. Our data products empower Product teams across all our PX organization to build personalized experiences for our customers, measure their impact, and innovate new ways to implement and scale personalization strategies across our extensive product range.

What You Will Do

1. User & Product Expertise: Act as the voice of the user by understanding the needs, workflows, and challenges of partners and customers. Use this knowledge to shape the vision and strategy for personalization products, ensuring alignment with business goals.
2. Strategic Vision & Prioritization: Define and communicate a clear, multi-quarter vision. Translate this into focused quarterly plans, collaborate on prioritization, and define KPIs that reflect business impact.
3. Stakeholder Engagement & Influence: Build trust-based relationships with key partners. Communicate product vision, priorities, and progress clearly, ensuring alignment at all levels, including senior leadership.
4. Driving Innovation & Technical Understanding: Collaborate with data engineers, analytical engineers, and ML engineers to create scalable data-driven solutions. Maintain a solid understanding of the technical landscape to identify opportunities and guide development.
5. Leadership & Team Culture: Lead by example, foster a collaborative environment, share knowledge, mentor team members, and promote a culture of innovation and growth.
6. Pricing Automation & Software Focus: Lead the development of integrated personalization data products, focusing on automation and operational efficiency to deliver business value.

Your Qualifications

• Proven experience (7+ years) in a Product Manager or similar role, focusing on data products, analytics, or BI.
• Experience in software product management, with knowledge of the software development lifecycle.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data interpretation capabilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to build relationships and influence partners at various levels.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.
• Fluency in English.

Nice to Have

• Experience with personalization strategies is advantageous.
