Job summary

Ascendion is seeking a Principal Product Manager to own the full E2E SW CRM product vision across the CRM++ value stream. You will shape strategy, governance, and cross‑org alignment with Sales, Support, Marketing, and IT, driving MVPs and roadmaps.

You will define platform vision, multi‑cloud strategy, and release governance, partnering with enterprise architects and Sponsors to maximize ROI and time-to-value while minimizing technical debt.

Qualifications

• 9–12 years of Product Manager / SFDC product experience in enterprise SaaS
• 5+ years hands-on with Salesforce Sales Cloud + Service Cloud + Experience Cloud and Lead-to-Cash
• Multi-VP stakeholder management with comfort presenting to L3/L4 Sponsors
• Data-driven decision making with SFDC dashboards, Tableau, Excel forecasting
• Understanding of adjacent platforms: WXP, SAP OTC, MDM/MADO, CPQ/IQ, Neuron

Responsibilities

• Define Platform Vision and multi-cloud roadmap across the CRM++ value stream
• Coordinate roadmap alignment with Program Manager and cross‑org teams
• Lead E2E product governance with QBRs and steering committees
• Oversee agile backlog and delivery for SFDC developers, architects, and admins
• Manage vendor & AppExchange governance, licenses and integrations
