The Principal role is the foundation of all of our engagements, connecting and delivering numerous moving parts of engagements to deliver value and impact to clients. Engagement complexity varies by client and engagement, and Principals are typically always managing client relationships across multiple levels of an organization. Managing implementation and execution of engagements, or parts of more complex engagementsProducing client deliverables, managing timelines, and delivering against objectives, including designing, and facilitating workshops, off-sites, and client sessions involving multiple stakeholders and levels within client organizationsFacilitating the suite of courses within Kotter’s Change curriculumScoping client engagements and develop appropriate staffing and pricing modelsDeveloping content and assets, including blogs, white papers, case studies and other toolsManaging client retention and business development activities in a variety of forms :

whiteboard” sessions, RFP responses, drafting SOWs, etc.Strong command of MS office products, Google Suite, and online collaboration toolsAbility to work and travel throughout the EMEA region, predominantly Europe.Successful Principal Consultants, with OD expertise can balance the following qualities :
