Schneider Digital is the digital department of Schneider Electric, leading the digital transformation in the company by giving support globally to our internal teams and our clients. Schneider Digital consists of 6 Digital Hubs worldwide which are strategically located to ensure a 24 / 7 support across the company (France, China, India, USA, Mexico, and Spain). Our Digital Hub in Barcelona is formed by +450 employees working in strategic projects and different roles such as Data, Cybersecurity, ERP, Cloud, Infrastructures, IT Project Management, or Digital Marketing.
We are seeking an Order Experience Digital Product Owner to join our team. This person will be responsible for defining and delivering innovative digital features that enhance the customer ordering experience and therefore drives business growth. It involves extensive collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Digital Customer Relationship (DCR) domains, UX design, domain marketing, and customer support, to ensure that our product meets the needs of customers while aligning with the overall business strategy.
Main responsibilities
Develop and communicate a clear vision and roadmap for the OX-SD applications that aligns with business objectives and customer needs.
Create and maintain a prioritized product backlog that reflects stakeholder and customer priorities.
Map and analyze the end-to-end user journey to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement in the ordering experience.
Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders (domain, DCR, customer support) and internal and external technical teams to align on product requirements and deliverables.
Work closely with development teams to clarify requirements, resolve issues, and ensure timely delivery of features.
In collaboration with the operations team, define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, average order value, customer retention, and site performance.
