At Intellias, where technology takes center stage, people always come before processes. We’re looking for a GIS/Remote Sensing Developer to join a world-class AgTech project for our client — a global innovator in digital agriculture with over two decades of research and development. This is a great opportunity to work with real geospatial challenges that have a direct, measurable impact on sustainable food production worldwide. You’ll develop solutions that turn satellite imagery and geospatial data into insights that matter — all within a collaborative, growth-focused culture.
Project Overview: You will be part of a multidisciplinary team working on the development and optimization of geospatial tools for a precision agriculture platform. The client leverages remote sensing, cloud computing, and agronomic science to deliver decision-ready data to growers, insurers, and partners across the agricultural industry. Your main focus will be on developing scalable geospatial services using technologies such as GeoServer, PostGIS, and Google BigQuery, with full lifecycle responsibility — from ingestion and processing to analysis, visualization, and integration into production systems. Collaboration with software engineers, agronomists, and data scientists is key, as well as deployment on GCP and AWS infrastructure.
This role gives you the chance to turn geospatial data into decisions that support real-world sustainability. You’ll contribute directly to one of the most advanced digital agriculture platforms in the world, applying your GIS and remote sensing skills in ways that make a measurable impact. At Intellias, you’ll be part of a people-first culture that values your expertise and supports your professional growth through challenging, high-impact work. If you're passionate about geospatial technology and ready to solve meaningful problems — this is your opportunity.
